Description
We have identified an issue where a user joining from an iPhone 7 via Safari can see their own video, but the opponent user on the desktop browser receives a black video instead of the iPhone 7 user’s video. This issue has been tested and replicated using the Zoom Video SDK web sample app (GitHub - zoom/videosdk-web-sample: Zoom Video SDK web sample) and also while using Zoom meeting on Safari.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join session from iPhone 7
  2. Click on start camera button
  3. The self video is rendered on the iPhone 7, the opponent user receives a black video

Have you seen any errors in the console on iOS?

From the session analysis, it seems that the iOS user didn’t start the video.
