Broken 'from' Date Filter for /phone/sms/sessions Endpoint

When querying for SMS sessions in an account, I’m finding that the “from” date filter are not being properly respected.

Test Cases:
If you don’t send a “from” or “to” parameters, the last 30 days of SMS sessions are returned, as expected.

If you only provide a “from” parameter, the last 30 days of SMS sessions are returned, disregarding the input.

If you provide a “to” parameter, 30 days of SMS sessions are returned up to the provided “to” date.

It appears that “from” parameter is never obeyed by the API, and only 30 days worth of sessions can ever be returned.
