Can I as a developer can create an application similar to breakout rooms that enable to hold 1:1 conversations the participation in a meeting using Zoom Pro?

The process I want to follow is that a user have a conversation similar to 1:1 chat but with audio and video

Thanks for using Zoom SDK. Yes, you can. You can leverage the interfaces in SDKs and customize the meetings into the way you want. If you would like to have 1:1 meeting, you may lock the meeting after the proper participant has joined the meeting, or only send the meeting information to another person.
