Can I dynamically change the active participant using web SDK?

Hi,

Normally I would like to see all participants in grid view using webSDK but as I know this feature is not being supported at this moment. So, as a workaround, is there a way to change the active participant dynamically?

Currently the Spotlight video feature is not available with the Web SDK.
