Can i use IP address from VM to be added to Domain allow list?

I want to use VM to develops zoom apps, I don’t have the domain yet.
I can enter the IP to Destination URL, but I can’t enter to Domain allow list (Wrong domain Format).
can I get permission to my public IP address?

Unfortunately, a domain is required. Also, CSP doesn’t allow IP addresses.

Regarding the domain allow list format, for example if you are using ngrok, you should list its domain like this
