Can not renderVideo when plug camera device

Description

I can not get the result from renderVideo function after I plug in the camera.
renderVideo function is stuck and cannot complete.

Web Video SDK version: 1.11.10

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Plug off camera (have event user-updated update isVideoConnect to false)
2. Plug in camera (have event user-updated update isVideoConnect to true)
3. Call function startVideo
4. Call function renderVideo

Device :

• Device: Desktop / Mac mini
• OS: Window 10/ MacOS 14.3
• Browser: Chrome
