Hi @jon.zoom, I see in the other thread that disabling sandbox is a solution. I tried it and screen sharing worked for me. But what’s the fix for apps that require sandbox (for AppStore distribution)?

Hi @santhoshr048,

Thanks for letting me know that disabling sandbox worked. Unfortunately the macOS SDK does not support running with sandbox enabled at this time.

@jon.zoom thanks for the reply. is the support for sandboxed apps coming in future? Also how about the Video SDK? does that support sandboxed apps?

Hi @santhoshr048,

Currently we do not have any plans to add support for sandboxed apps. Unless the Zoom client needs to be made available on the app store, it is unlikely that this will change.
