Cannot create add-on

I am unable to create an add-on. The screenshot below shows what I see when I click the Develop drop down, as well as the resulting page.

The page just asks me for my name, email, etc., and then lists my keys and secrets. It then only has a Back button, rather than the option to select OAuth, features, etc.

What am I doing wrong? I’ve created developer accounts, and have tried this on both my work account (I work at a university) as well as my personal account (using a new email that lI’ve never used. on zoom. I just want to create a simple button that sends a signal from a participant to (just) the host.

It seems that you created a developer account to use video SDK

What you need is to log in with your Zoom account and click on Solutions to get to the Marketplace ( you can try with the email you used to log in to the forum)

From there you should be able to click on Develop and see all different app options. Let me know if that helps!

Oh, oops, I was signed into my developer account. The account I’m signed into the devforum with is my regular zoom account. Will I be able to create an add-on with this account/email?

Hey Adam! yes you should be able to create an app with your “regular” zoom account, you will see the options that I shared in earlier messages

Gotcha! I had taken over this project from another dev, and didn’t think about the difference between the SDK and an add-on. Thanks!
