Cannot open Camera when starting video meeting

It’s bug of Xcode, we can do nothing, you can use a system under MacOS 10.14.

I noticed that the repo readme said the Xcode should be under version 10 and I am using 9.4.1.

Is it the Xcode issue or the operation system issue?

Xcode issue, system under MacOS 10.14 will not pop the privilege alert.
