Can't create meetings with LTI Pro

After successfully launching LTI Pro (with LTI 1.1) as an Instructor,
I’m trying to schedule a meeting.
On save, I get a “Something went wrong. Please refresh this page.” message.
Error code is 2231.
What am I doing wrong?
