Can't trigger RTMS start, and dont see RTMS started events

i am developing a Zoom App using startRTMS. I can not trigger rtms start and i dont see event also. Could you please help me check?

Hi Sang,

This looks less like a startRTMS bug and more like an RTMS enablement or installation state issue. Zoom requires RTMS to be enabled in your account before the flow works, and meeting.rtms_started is the event Zoom uses to hand back the initial stream details once a session actually starts. If you never see meeting.rtms_started, the app usually is not fully enabled for RTMS yet even if normal meeting webhooks are working.

I would recommend that you verify the app is actually configured for RTMS on the app side, including the RTMS feature and event subscriptions on the Access and app configuration pages, because Zoom won’t emit the RTMS lifecycle events without that wiring.

I can’t confirm the exact hidden setting on your account from the public docs, but I know the same 2310 Failed to perform RTMS app operation error was resolved by Zoom staff after they added a missing account-side setting in this forum thread. So if the above checks don’t work, you may need Zoom staff to step in and verify that RTMS is fully enabled for this app and account.
