Change A Host In meeting using API

Description
Suppose a meeting has a user ‘A’ as Host and ‘B’ as Co-host. Do we have any API in via which we can change the host to ‘B’ when the meeting is currently running?

Hello, Api registered users with action(custCreate) can host meeting ? Because when i try to create meeting with api registered user then it create the meeting but i got “Invalid Signature” at time of hosting meeting. Thanks, Ritesh
