Chat with meeting participants

Hi guys,
Is it possible somehow to use the API to send chat messages to specific meeting participants (who are not in the account contact list)?

Hi @noamk,

Thanks for reaching out to Zoom Developer Forum.

Currently, we do not have APIs for In Meeting Chat at this time.The only way one can currently get the in-meeting chats is through recordings. For meetings that are not recorded to cloud, we do not have any way to get the in meeting chats.
