Chatbot App not visible in Developer Console (Zoom United - Admin account)

I’m the admin of a Zoom United with Global Select account. We actively use Zoom Meetings, Zoom Team Chat, Zoom Phone, Calendar, Docs, and other Zoom products.

However, when I go to create a new app in the Developer Console, I only see:

  • General App
  • Webhook-only App
  • Server-to-Server OAuth App

I do not see the option for “Chatbot App”, which I need for building a private internal integration for Zoom Team Chat.

I have confirmed:

  • I’m listed as the account admin
  • Developer Console is accessible
  • Zoom Team Chat is enabled
  • All Marketplace permissions are enabled

Could you please assist in enabling the Chatbot App option for our account?

There is no seperate “Chatbot” app type.

Chatapps are a part of the “General” App Type in zoom.
