Description Hello, our users have been encountering this error when they try to use the web SDK on their Chromebook. Unfortunately, I cannot test this myself as I do not have access to a Chromebook. I’d be happy to know if there are any workarounds you can suggest, or if this is already known and a fix is on the way. Description
All of our Chromebook users are experiencing application crashes when trying to start video. The error being thrown is “PThread is undefined” only upon video start. The rest of the functionality seems in tact.

Thank you for posting in the Zoom Developer Forum! Are you experiencing this issue with the latest version of the Web SDK? I noticed that you’re using an older version, @zoomus/websdk 2.17.0.

We have not tried the latest version
Is there a fix in 2.18.0 and above for this exact issue?

The latest version of the SDK is 3.1.6. There have been multiple bug fixes since version 2.17.0. I recommend testing with the latest version to see if the same behavior persists.
