I am working on my code to retrieve the data from 1 year ago(zoom call logs). However, I see limitations when I tried to extract data more than 6 months ago. Is this a limitation from the API? is there any other way to retrieve the call logs data from more that 6 months ago ?
Hi @asaenz , this is expected behavior – data via API is available for up to 6 months from the point of creation. We recommend downloading your data intervals if you expect wanting access to data 1yr+ out.
