Confirmation email

So we are currently using the API to register users to a webinar, the problem is that for e-mails that end like: tin.it, tim.it and alice.it, the confirmation e-mail seems not to be sent. Is there a way to fix this problem?

The emails should still send. Can you private message me your request body so I can debug?
