CPU usage when using zoom web sdk 1.8.0

Description
High CPU usage when running meeting with two participants (from 10% to 70%). When usage increases to 100% (due to other running processes) audio issues is appear. If participant disable camera then CPU usage frees 30-40%

Run meeting with two participants and enable camera

Additional context
Win10, Intel Core i7-7600 2.8GHz, 16Gb RAM
