I am exploring options to create a Zoom meeting when I’m send meeting event via email to Outlook so that the Zoom meeting can auto-dial the invitees. I’m looking for some options like Webhooks URL for creating Zoom meeting with the specific meeting ID such as a personal meeting ID.

Hello, I saw this question which was posted about 4 years ago and it seems like it was not available to send meeting event via email to Outlook by using specific user meeting ID(Similar to Question #4 in the original post). Is this available now?

Have you been able to figure out this issue? I suggest you look into the different APIs we have so you can build your integration.
You can create the meeting via API and then send the invite to your invitees via API as well
