I am trying to create a “bot” user that can join meetings, and read and send chat messages. I should emphasize this is a literal participant in the meeting that would have their mic and video off. This is the type of bot we are looking for. Is there any way to do this with the Zoom API/SDK?

Thank you for posting. Currently, bots cannot join Zoom meetings with our API/SDK programmatically. Only actual users. However, other customers have also expressed their interest in this feature, and we can see why.
