Custcreate not working on my client's PRO zoom account

Hello,
We are facing an issue in custCreate API. It was working previously. Zoom said ‘custCreate is reserved for the ISV account. Please contact ISV team’.

Currently, we are using a PRO Zoom account. Please help me to resolve the issue & which API we do use to create a contact in our zoom account.
