I plan to develop a custom Zoom Rooms Android app. What SDK and/or API should I use for this?

Currently we do not have any SDK offerings related to Zoom Rooms. I’m not 100% sure about the REST APIs, but one of my colleagues over in #api-and-webhooks would certainly be able to help answer any questions you have on that front.
