Customized Disclaimer not working

Description
In the account settings, recording tab, the “Customize Disclaimer” is not working.
No matter what we input in any language, our customization is not reflected on Zoom Web UI.

ps: By the way, is it normal that this option (customize disclaimer) is not available for non pro account ?

Error
The customize title and text are not used.

Which Web Client SDK version?
Web SDK 1.9.1

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Just try to customize it on a pro account.

Can you please make this customize disclaimer available for “free” accounts so that we can test your account related features before production ?
