Do zoom app developers have any control over

  • The appearance or text content the “Request host approval” dialog?
  • The appearance or text content of the “Approve to share meeting content with app” dialog?
  • Receiving responses when any of these requests/approvals are provided?

There is no way to over-rule these popups.
I am an MVP and would agree that sometimes they are not useful to be there.
Please give a business case for why they should be removed and a security case for how it may or may not help the client experience and we can ask for you.
