I have been following this topic since the beginning.
We encounter the same issue: there is an important delay between the moment we send the subtitles and when it appears in the screen of the Zoom participants who activated the closed caption option.
It is a real problem for many customers.
Would you have information on the date of the release which we all hope will solve this problem?

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. While there isn’t an endpoint specifically for live transcriptions, other users have seen success when using a 3rd party service to configure configure closed captioning.
