Developer Pack active but RTMS meeting transcript scope is disabled

Before Creating a New Topic:

Hi Zoom Developer Support,

I activated the 20-credit Zoom Developer Pack trial on this account today to test RTMS.

I created a user-managed General App and can select the RTMS Started, Stopped and Interrupted notification scopes.

However, under Meetings, “Get all real-time audio transcripts of a user’s meetings” (meeting:read:meeting_transcript) is visible but disabled/unselectable.

Because that RTMS media scope cannot be selected, the “Allow auto-start for RTMS real-time media streams apps” setting also remains unavailable.

The Developer Pack shows as active with 20 trial credits.

Could you please confirm whether RTMS has been fully provisioned for this account, or advise what additional account/app configuration is required to enable the meeting transcript scope?

Use case: private development and testing of a live sales copilot using real-time Zoom meeting transcripts.

@AlphaLoop developer pack is active on your account. the settings on your marketplace app is correct.

you might want to regenerate the authorization url re-add the app on marketplace. next you might want to use some of these samples to get the transcript rtms-samples/transcript at main · zoom/rtms-samples · GitHub
