Request to enable RTMS meeting media scopes for App ID (Developer Pack active)

Hello Zoom Developer Support Team,

I am building a meeting application using Realtime Media Streams (RTMS). I have successfully activated the Zoom Developer Pack with the 20 free credits on my account.

However, under my user-managed General App, the following core RTMS media scopes are completely grayed out and cannot be selected/checked:

  • meeting:read:meeting_audio
  • meeting:read:meeting_transcript

I have confirmed that my account profile settings are correct, but the scopes remain locked in the App Marketplace UI. Could you please manually provision the RTMS backend entitlement for my Account / App ID so I can start our development tests?

In addition, I can’t enable “Allow auto-start for RTMS apps.”

@wmenant RTMS has already been enabled for your account. The Allow auto-start for RTMS apps has also been enabled on your App.
