Disable Recording download option

We are using an automation to email the recording when completed but do not want the end user to be able to download the recording.

Request:
Disable or turn off the Download recording option during playback of the recording

You can turn off in the share option of each recording, but need to turn off for all. too time consuming to manually do for each recording.

Cloud recording not record

I have activated the option to record the meetings automatically, but it does not record them.

meeting recording for developer account

is cloud recording disabled for developer account? I am trying to download a meeting recording that I had conducted, using https://api.zoom.us/v1/recording/get but i get ‘there is no recording for this meeting message’. I am passing the uuid as the meeting id. The meeting recording did get saved on my local machine when the meeting ended but I cannot retrieve the recording to test the get recording service.

You can enable/disable the ability for a viewer to download a recording by hitting our Update Meeting Recording Settings API here:
