Discrepancies in User Status and Lookup Data

We’re currently using the /v2/phone/users endpoint and have encountered two issues that may be related:

  1. **User Status Fluctuation: Active users were incorrectly marked as expired between 5/12/2025 and 5/19/2025. However, as of 5/20/2025, those same users are once again appearing as active, which is the expected behavior.

  2. **Incomplete User Lookup Data: When performing a user-based lookup for the past 30 days, data is only returned up to 05/16/2025. In contrast, performing an extension-based lookup for the same time range on the same user shows a complete set of records and calls through to the current date. This suggests there may be a potential data linkage issue between users and their extensions.
