We have Zoom Workplace Enterprise Premier, with the Zoom Power Pack features enabled. In the Contacts tab, if you click on a directory on the left panel it displays the list of users on the right, but does not show their profile photo (or their initials in the square if there is no photo) and only shows their name and a very small circle for presence.
If you don’t have Power Pack enabled, and instead get the vertical list of users on the left, it does show the initials/photo and presence.
It seems like it would be an easy fix to just display the small profile photo / initials square with presence in the contacts grid the same way it shows virtually everywhere else in Zoom (i.e. profile photos with presence shows in the search bar results in the Contact tab, it shows in the search results in phone when typing a name, it shows in the history list in Phone tab, in all the chat areas, etc)
