Displaying a dialog for agreeing to the terms of use during meeting participation

To ZOOM administrators,

Starting from ZoomSDK version 5.14.10 and above for iOS/Android, the terms of use dialog used to be forcibly displayed during meeting participation, but around September 5th, it stopped appearing.

Why did it suddenly stop appearing?

Is it possible to control the forced display of the terms of use dialog?
