Hi, referring to this API in particular:

The active_speaker_name appears to have unexpected behaviour.
We are seeing cases where the active speaker is not shown. What are the known limitations with this setting?

Also, does this setting work for webinars or is it meetings only?

Hi @jimig,

Is the active speaker is not being shown this may be a client issue. You would need to create a support ticket here. Also, this API endpoint is only for meetings.

Is it your belief that the active speaker should always be shown on the screen with this setting toggled?

Yes, toggled the active speaker is just an meeting setting and the active speaker should be showing. Let me know if you need anything else.
