Update meeting livestream endpoint authentication details

Description
Is it possible to specify the username and password for a custom livestream (RTMP) through the /meetings/{meetingId}/livestream endpoint? These can be specified through the UI as a user, but the API documentation doesn’t mention anything about auth details, only the stream_url, stream_key and page_url.
