Does the Zoom API allow sending of an SMS Message?

We’re evaluating Zoom as a replacement for our current provider’s voice and SMS solution.

From the Zoom API documentation SMS section –
https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/phone/methods/#tag/SMS

it is looking like Zoom doesn’t support sending an SMS message (from one of our account’s numbers) via the API. Is that correct?

Don’t need detailed help, just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing an area of the documentation.
