Due to business need, we are switching to new domain. I am using zoom marketplace JWT APIs in my application. What do I need to change in zoom settings? Does these changes will affect the API Keys that we are using?

This insight will help to better understand what and where updates are needed. Without knowing exactly what you are looking to achieve, my assumption is that you would need to replace every occurrence of your old domain with the new one.
