I submitted an app to update the EU Opt-out settings in the Zoom Marketplace, but I received a “domain_not_verified” error message.

I attempted to submit the app without making any changes to its content from the previously submitted and tested version—only updating the EU Opt-out settings. However, the “domain_not_verified” error message appeared, preventing me from submitting the app.

[How to Reproduce]
Go to Zoom Marketplace Developer Portal.
Open the app submission page.
Update only the EU Opt-out settings without modifying other content.
Try submitting the app → The “domain_not_verified” error appears.

[Questions]
Could you help me resolve this domain verification error?
Is it mandatory to resubmit the app after updating the EU Opt-out settings?

Have your gone through our Domain verification flow already and its not working?

Also if your planning to opt out resubmission is not required.

I have set the EU access to Opt-out and saved the application. However, I received an email stating, “If you are receiving this email, you may not be compliant yet.”

Could you confirm whether the EU Opt-out setting has been properly applied?

That email was sent out to all app owners. If you opted out, you don’t need to worry about this.
