When clicking the “Validate” button to validate our domain address, it’s successful, resulting in a green checkmark and a “validated” message being displayed. However, when attempting to then press “submit” on our apps, an error message displays at the top of the screen: “Domain verification on your app could not be completed successfully.”
We’ve confirmed that we already have the same Zoom verification code provided to us added to our domain, but still seeing the same error blocking app submission.
Would appreciate your support to resolve this issue.
I can confirm that I’ve selected that option with every attempt to submit, and still getting the error. I’ve also ensured that all other required fields on the page are always completed/selected with each submission attempts.
Unfortunately this is not resolving the issue. We are getting the same experience when attempting to submit in different browser applications as well as from different devices. Is it possible for us to take this to the next stage of support given the upcoming deadline? Are you able to submit the app for review on our behalf?
