I recently added a TXT record for domain verification on the Zoom Marketplace. A DNS lookup confirms that the record has been registered correctly. However, when I attempt to verify the domain on the Zoom Marketplace, the validation fails.
The value displayed on the verification screen matches the one provided in the Zoom Marketplace settings, so I’m unsure what might be causing the issue.
Could you provide any guidance on potential reasons for this failure? Are there known delays or additional steps required for verification?
If this issue cannot be resolved through the standard process, should I proceed with manual verification? Please advise on the next steps.

Hey @kwaku.nyante I’m facing the exact error as above.
I can confirm that the txt record has been set by using the linux dig command; But in zoom it always errors out saying Domain Verification has failed.
Please let me know how to proceed here.
