We are currently in the process of publishing an app on the Zoom Marketplace. The primary function of the app is to record meetings and send them to Recall AI for transcription. During the app submission process, we successfully verified our own domain in the “Verify Domains” section. However, we encountered an issue when attempting to verify the recall.ai domain. Despite the Recall AI team adding the correct TXT record, the verification fails with the message, “Verification code did not match.” Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
