Domain Validation Error

Hello Team,
We wanted to submit our app (Zoom Virtual Sessions for SumTotal) for approval but stuck in ‘Validate the Domain’ step, may be this requires manual validation as we have different domains set-up including documentation link, Privacy policy, Terms etc

I was asked by our Zoom POC to submit the request in this forum, can you please help us out with this.
