Domain verification (render and ngrok)

Hi! We’re trying to validate our domains for app approval. We are able to verify our custom domain using the methods provided.

However, we are using ngrok for our testing environment and our server is hosted on render at onrender which Zoom is asking us to also verify.

Could we go through manual verification for these domains?
