Duplicate meetings with same meeting ID

Can anyone explain how this is possible (see screenshot from Recordings Management)

  • Same host
  • Same meeting ID
  • Different dates
  • Meeting created via API (POST /users/{userId}/meetings)
  • User and Host join the meeting via API and redirect (POST /meetings/{meetingId}/registrants, PUT /meetings/{meetingId}/registrants/status)

Even worse example:
