Effects of the vertical on an app

I’m trying to figure out what the vertical does to a marketplace app.

The documentation states:

If your app has industry vertical-specific compliance like HIPAA or FedRAMP, or is specific to Higher Education or K-12, please also choose the optional vertical that applies

Does this just mean that if the app’s primary market is healthcare or higher education that we should set the vertical appropriately?

Does the vertical change how the app appears or is searched for on the Zoom Marketplace?
