We have more than 80K participants daily. To get the QOS for each calls made and linking it with participants Email, we will need to use to separate APIs. This will be way above the API rate limit of 60K. So, we have no way to pull participant’s email as well as QOS data

This problem can be solved by adding an Email field for participant’s data returned by QOS API
