Is it possible to share whiteboards not only inside but also outside a meeting for people without a Zoom account?
I would like to embed a whiteboard in my learning environment (fortunately now possible thanks to embedding code) but in such a way that all participants can at least view the board without logging in or having to create a Zoom account first
This would be extremely helpful and necessary for presentations and teaching so that we don’t have to switch to Miro.

Hi Sibylle, we have the ability to access whiteboards without a Zoom account coming soon! This will apply to embedded Whiteboards as well.

Thank you very much for the good news! Can you tell me what means “soon”. Can we still count on the feature this year, i.e., in the coming semester? Or do we have to recommend using Miro?

It’s actively under development and we should be able to deliver this feature in the next 2-3 months! We hope your organization can continue using Zoom Whiteboard!

It has recently become possible to share a whiteboard with people without an account but there is still no possibility to embed a whiteboard and give free access. Will this requirement still be covered or will embedding with free access still only be possible with miro?
