Zoom shouldn’t need to enable a new Raw Data Entitlement for this Linux Meeting SDK flow. Zoom staff recently clarified that HasRawdataLicense/raw-data licensing is a legacy model. For receiving participant media, follow the current Linux raw-data flow: join the meeting fully, obtain the required recording privilege, call StartRawRecording, then subscribe to the audio/video raw-data delegates.
