Use case: Real-time transcription and translated live captions for graduate-level aviation human factors lectures at a university. Korean speech to English captions. Audio and transcript streams only — no video, no screen share.
Current configuration:
Scopes: meeting:read:meeting_audio, meeting:read:meeting_transcript, rtms:read:rtms_started, rtms:read:rtms_stopped
Event subscription created for meeting.rtms_started and meeting.rtms_stopped
Webhook receiver implemented and passing endpoint.url_validation locally (HMAC-SHA256 of plainToken with the Secret Token); ngrok endpoint being registered next
As I understand it, RTMS also requires backend enablement per App ID even after the scopes, events and account setting are in place. Could you enable RTMS for this App ID?
