Hi, I’m developing an RTMS app for meeting transcription.
My app is set up with RTMS scopes and webhook events configured,
but startRTMS returns “app_not_support”.

RTMS has been enabled in your account and you should have received an email with some getting started steps. Can you please confirm?

Kia ora Elisa, how do we go about enabling RTMS for our account? I’ve filled out the form and even contact an New Zealand Enterprise rep but I haven’t heard back yet. We would like to add te reo Māori transcriptions to zoom via RTMS.
