Enhanced Date Override Functionality in Zoom Scheduler for One-on-One Meetings

Hello Zoom Team,

I’d like to request an improvement to the date override functionality in Zoom Scheduler, specifically for one-on-one meeting setups.

Currently, when using date overrides to define custom availability, each date must be configured individually. This makes the process cumbersome when you want to open availability across several non-consecutive days — for example, offering time slots on multiple upcoming dates for students or clients.

It would be a major time-saver if users could:

  • Select multiple dates at once in the date override view (e.g., through checkboxes or a multi-date picker).

  • Apply a shared time range or availability setting across all selected dates simultaneously.

This enhancement would make managing ad-hoc availability far more efficient, especially for educators, consultants, and professionals scheduling multiple one-on-one sessions throughout the month.

If there’s an existing workaround for bulk date overrides, please let me know. Otherwise, I hope this improvement can be considered for a future update to make the date override workflow faster and more flexible.

Thank you for your time and for continuing to improve Zoom Scheduler.
