hi @tommy
we have integrated zoom latest web sdk to our web application.
while joining a meeting using mobile browser (mobiles -android versoins- 5.1, 7, 8 and browsers - chrome [latest version] at times can’t hear anything from host whereas it behaves ok in desktop browser.
Same issue even persist while giving reply to host. all these happens when the network is very much stable.
Thanks,
Bastin Tommy
Hey @tomybastin1,
Can you private message me the meeting IDs where you couldn’t hear good?
We will look at the QOS logs.

Tommy

errorMessage: “Unirse a fallar”
method: “join”
result: null

Hey @jlcabeza, @sandra-rosiles,
Are you passing in 1 as the role when generating the Web SDK signature?
Are there any other errors in the browser console?
Thanks,
Tommy
I have same issue. It works if I use role 1 (host) but not if I use 0. I get the same join meeting fail generic message. As I mentioned previously this same code worked flawlessly until recently.
Thanks
Hey @bmilburn,
If you could provide additional details including steps to reproduce the issue, in a new thread I will be happy to help!
Thanks,
Tommy
